Discrepancies

If you place an order and we go to fulfill it, there is a small chance of an inventory discrepancy. This does not happen often but it may happen due to system glitches, etc. If this is the case, we will notify you via the email you used to check out and refund your full order total immediately. We try our hardest to keep our inventory accurate, but there is always a chance for a discrepancy.

Processing Times

Our order processing times depend on the day. Orders may take up to five business days to process especially during busy times or sales. Processing time does not include the shipping time. Processing time is the time it takes to receive your order, pack it, and get it ready for pick-up or shipment. We try to keep the processing time as short as possible.

Pre-Orders

Sometimes we offer pre-orders for items that are limited edition or popular. When a pre-order item is purchased along with other in-stock products, the order will not be processed until the pre-order has arrived. We do not have any guarantee when a pre-ordered item will arrive. We will try our best to keep you updated!

In-Store Pick Up

If you placed an order for in-store pick up, please wait to pick up until you have received an e-mail or text message notifying you that your order is ready. We try our best to have store pick ups ready as soon as possible. In the odd case that inventory is inaccurate, we want to have the opportunity to notify you if there are any discrepancies before you take the time to come out and pick up your items. 

In-store pick up orders must be picked up within 30 days of email notification. If you have not received an email from us regarding pick up, please check that the email you used for your order is correct and check your junk mail folder.

If an order is not picked up within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and will be refunded.
