True North is a collective of independently owned Canadian brands. Each product in store is stocked and priced by the individual vendor who created it. Because of this unique model, we are unable to offer traditional refunds or exchanges.
That said, we always want you to feel confident in your purchases. If you experience an issue with a defective* item, we're happy to assist by offering a replacement if available, or issuing a refund.
For any other concerns - we can provide you with the vendors contact information. Many of our vendors are happy to help and may be able to accommodate requests based on their own policies.
