Place muffin liners in a muffin tin. Then pour the mason jar mix into a bowl and add 1/2 cup of butter (melted), 2 eggs, and 2/3 cup of milk (plus 2 large bananas if you purchase banana muffins). Stir until just combined (do not over stir). Scoop mix into muffin liners until they are 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
