Simply pour the mason jar mix into a bowl, add 3 eggs, 2/3 cup of vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. . Beat until combined, pour batter into a prepared 9x9 baking pan, and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
